TLDR: Simplicity damaged my car and the owner made up a story saying it was my fault and blamed me for it.Took my car here to get a quote for some damage to the side of my car as i was referred by a friend. Dropped it off for the day and later on i was told by my friend (not sure simplicity didn’t tell me directly) how my car was left in neutral and rolled out into the road and caused an accident but there was no damage to my car.. I didn’t see how this could happen but i accepted the story and called to go pick up my car as it was only a quote and should have only been a day. After a couple of days simplicity finally lets me come get my car and they say they will email the quote to me later on. When i get home i noticed my front plate was all bent up and damage to the bracket, then i notice some paint missing and some cracking going on throughout the front bumper. There was even some little pieces of concrete stuck to the plate that were the same colour as the walls of his building. I had a look at the area where i parked and there was no way it would have rolled on its own. I then call the person who i was dealing with at simplicity and explain my concerns while being respectful and he then added to his original story and said that my car had hit the house across the road. FYI my car is lowered and would have had to jump down off one curb roll across the road and then jump up another curb and roll up hill on grass to hit the house across the way. When I questioned the story he lashed out on me freaking out on how i was ruining his reputation and that it was my fault for leaving it in neutral but if i really wanted he would be so kind to repaint my bumper even though it was all my fault.. it was all so fishy and this shop was so sketchy that I didn’t at all feel confident that my bumper would have came back in good condition with a well done paint job at this point so I decided against ever going back to this place. Lesson learned, NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO SIMPLICITY.

My initial experience with simplicity was great. However, I had to go back to get a part installed that took long to ship and that was a terrible experience. First they totally missed to install 1000$ part that was only found out because i was reading the invoice. But mistakes happen and i just said it can be done when i come back which i had to anyways. They tell me it is going to be a 30minute job on the phone. I wait for 3 hours and finally ask what is going on? The receptionist, who was amazing by the way, told me multiple time they’ll be done soon during that period. Then and only then the guy explains that his employees forgot to install the 1000$ part and had only done half of the job and they had to take it back in. They should have let me know immediately when they realized they made a mistake but instead decided to keep me waiting and waiting with no explanation. Business seems unorganized and very poor communication.

7 minutes agoNEWFirst of of all anyone that is negative about this fantastic business something is truly wrong. I walked into the office and was greeted by this big beautiful smile her name was Nadia. Nadia is very professional kind and goes overboard making you feel like your important and cared for.When i told Nadia about a transport tire blowing and almost killing me she was so sympathetic and told me they would take great care for my vehicle. When I left I felt like I was family. I met Marco when I went to pick up my vehicle he was very kind funny and professional. Marco even fixed some scratches and marks that weren't even from my accident man that was thoughful and kind. When I seen my car I was almost in tears it looked brand new,so cleaninside and out. I would recommend 100% that you take your vehicle to Simplicity Car Care . Brought my car in on a monday morning had it back wednesday at 530pm! These guys are phenomenal. I called them Tuesday morning said I really needed my car back wednesday night as my husband had his test the next day! They were extremely understanding and made sure my car bumper was painted and the car was clean by the time I picked it up. Extremely efficient, quick service and very polite! 100% would come back here for future service

I was sent here through insurance and had a pleasant time dealing with both administration, mechanic and owner. Cost was about 17K on a fairly expensive vehicle and they were professional every step of the way. Waiting on parts and estimates was the longest part, overall service time was about 2 weeks. Cheers to the team there!

Marco and the entire team did an amazing job from start to finish. I had someone back into my vehicle as it was parked causing damage to the rear door and fender. Marco quoted me cheaper than other places. He said it would take 4-5 days but it was done in 2. When I picked it up the interior and exterior were cleaned and it looked like the day I drove it off the lot. I couldn’t be happier with the exceptional service they provided. I highly recommend Simplicity Car Care.

Wow! I was super happy with the level of care and service I received, my Jeep was hit in a parking lot and needed a replacement bumper and fender with a few more minor repairs. I got my Jeep back and the entire outside was washed and the interior cleaned. I spoke with Marco and Nadia multiple times and they were consistently warm and welcoming and very helpful, can't recommend this place enough!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an exceptional car service with Simplicity.I was in a small accident that left me with a dented car a while ago and my insurance company directed me to this shop. The service was great, and the staff was welcoming and easy to talk to. What really impressed me about this car service was their attention to detail. I've used this Simplicity location on multiple occasions. From insurance work to small rust repairs, and everything in between. They are always nothing but true professionals. I'm always kept up to date on the work in progress, and the price is always exactly what I was quoted. If there's ever anything additional required, I'm always informed prior for my authorization. Nadia on the front desk always has a smile on her face and really cares about the customer experience. Marco insures the work is done correctly and on-time. I have referred many people, including my own customers, friends and family. No one has yet to be disappointed or have a single negative thing to say. I think a lot of body shops are unfairly blamed when the manufacturer cannot supply parts fast enough. This is not the shops fault, and sometimes people forget that. If you need autobody work done, at a reasonable, fair price, this is the place to go in London.

Had a minor fender bender requiring a new front fender etc. I requested a couple of other estimates from competitors but was sold on the no none sense approach Marco Duarte displayed. Quickly assessed the damage and gave me an estimate which included on the spot sourcing of the parts required. Hired them without hesitation based on their professionalism. Was not disappointed. Delivered my car Tuesday morning and picked it up Thursday evening with new fender, liner and mouldings all looking perfect and the car washed as well. Really impressed with this business. I hope I have no more need of a body shop but if I do I know who to call!
