Took my Truck in for repairs and the service was flawless! from the moment my insurance company contacted the shop Malik was superb. Received 5+ star service, the repairs were outstanding, the communication was amazing. I would definitely highly recommend this location.

Watch out for this place. Poor customer service. Talked to customer service on a Friday who said my car would be available for pick up on the following Monday as "paint needed to dry over weekend". I said I would be away for almost 2 weeks and would pick up the car on the next Friday - 12 days later - and they said no problem. I showed up to pick up car as discussed on the Friday and after waiting a few minutes while service agent went to the shop he returned and to my surprise told me my car was not ready. Said they were still waiting for a part for a repair that was supposed to be ready for pick up 12 days earlier. No courtesy phone call or message to me telling me about the delay. Part miraculously arrived within a few hours and ready for pick up same day. After returning home at my own cost by Uber (they didn't' offer to pay) received a call about 2 hours later that I could pick up my car. Then received a second call prior to pick-up saying somehow their credit card machine wasn't working and if I could pay by debit card (somehow that machine worked OK). Say what? I'm sure they just trying to save the service charge but then just tell me that upfront. Needless to say I don't recommend this place due to poor customer service. Hoping the repair not as bad as the service.

This guys are solid good and absolutely very helpful. I had some issues with my mud Gard they fixed it didn’t even charge me. It was so kind of them to do that. Definitely i will be going there for any future work. Highly recommend this place. Thanks guys 🤘🏽

Me and my husband are very happy to the service of my Rav4 in Simplicity car care calgary north west. From the beginning they are very accommodating and very helpful to answer your needs to our car. And everytime we call for updates there is always person ready to answer your questions. Your not gonna wait long time. We are very satisifed to the service they make to our car. We highly recommend this place to everyone for the excellent job. Excellent

I had a terrible experience with this bodyshop. The finished work was awful - uneven paint, scratches, and dents. I strongly advise against using this bodyshop for any repairs.

Isabella the store manager went above and beyond than promised to get my car repaired before time. Excellent service and very knowledgeable. It was the best experience I have ever had at a mechanic shop. She's so committed on giving the best service possible. Thumbs up to her and thank you. Highly recommend this place.!!!!!

This location is by far the best Auto Body shop I have visited. It is evident thatIsabel loves her job, she is very conscientious and passionate, the level of customer service is awesome. My car looks better than new, I was shocked when I went to pick it up and it being detailed, never expected that. I will defiantly be recommending Simplicity Car Care Calgary North West to all my friends and family. 100% Superior service.

My car is currently at the shop getting repaired. Isabel from this location has been wonderful to deal with. She is very professional and has been sending updates about the process of the repair. Harvey has done such an amazing job with the set up at his new North West location. Amazing top notch service just like his South East and North East stores. I would never recommend going anywhere else, these guys pride customer service as their number one priority. The workmanship is unbelievably outstanding. Will be bringing my Son's car in before Christmas to have some work done as a Christmas present for him. THANK YOU! so much.
