Wow! Outstanding, over and above service! Needed a side view mirror replaced on a 24 year old vehicle. Wade located a used mirror and then arranged to have it installed the same day. When I called initially, was nicely and surprisingly told I could just drop by for an estimate - no need to book an appointment. I was arranging this work for someone and was from out of town, so the fact that this work could get accomplished the same day was absolutely great. Very pleased with the work and service - would highly recommend!

Chalmers and two other gentlemen came to tow my vehicle from over an embankment. Watching their recovery process was amazing. They were precise, careful, and confident. Chalmers told his guys exactly what was happening every step of the way with clear and professional communication. I was very impressed and will call upon them again, if the need arises.

Who ever is the person over there that answer the over there is a piece of work called my business and start cursing and swearing not realizing he's not talking to the right person or dept. My engine light came on while I was passing Coburg on Friday night on the long Easter weekend. On saturday morning I called Coburg Auto Collision and they assisted me right when they opened and scanned my engine code so I could determine the severity of the issue I was dealing with. They took care of my car after I was involved in an accident. The work after the repair is outstanding, the bodywork on the car was flawless especially the attention to detail, I couldn't distinguish between the old paint and the new paint.I requested a couple of additional items to be done on my car that were not covered by the insurance, and was given a fair and honest price.Customer Service is second to none from both Wade and Laurie, regardless of how many times I called or dropped by, I will get their full attention and will get an honest answer every time.
