Steve recently helped a client of ours when the adjusting department dropped the ball several times. Steve sent out one of his two trucks to get the clients stolen vehicle so that Simplicity could initiate an inspection. Without Steve's fast action, the claim would have been held up.Steve, thank you so much for going above and beyond and helping our client. A stressful situation was smoothed out and I, my office and our client is very grateful.

Steve was amazing. Everyone who was involved in redoing my whole car making it to what I had envision did an amazing job. The car looks better then brand new. From the body work to the paint job. Everywhere I go I get complements. I would recommend this body shop to anyone!! 🙂

I have taken both my vehicles to Steve and his crew for accident repair. Steve is fastidious about his attention to detail. Both my vehicles came back clean and spotless. When I had to bring back one of my vehicles because I noticed a paint chip on the newly painted bumper, Steve took my vehicle back and took care of it without hesitation. Very focused and dedicated to customer service. I am recommending Steve to everyone for reliable and professional service. Actually, I am looking to him to repaint my rowing shell during the winter months and getting window tinting done by him. Excellent service!

I recently was rear-ended. My ins. company told me this is where I needed to bring it. I personally have never heard of them however due to their amazing quality of work and the fact they went above and beyond what was needed (including cleaning my car which was in no way relevant to the repairs being done) Simplicity now has a customer for life! I would refer them to anyone who wants good work done by an honest company. Thanks Steve you were awesome!
