I recently had to bring in my car for repairs due to an accident, and I must say, my experience with Simplicity Car Care was excellent from start to finish. Initially, the meeting was satisfactory, and although there was a delay in receiving the necessary parts, the repair process was fast once they were in stock. What impressed me the most was how receptive they were to my concerns. They took the time to address even the smallest scratches, assuring me that everything would be taken care of. The staff was friendly and professional throughout. I'm pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Simplicity Car Care. Thank you for your service.

I recommend everyone who read my reviews to avoid these guys. They are no less than a sneak thief. My insurance company referred my car to them. Firstly, they change the parts which are not even required, those parts were working perfectly but to increase the amount of estimate for insurance they did change those parts. Secondly, they took 2 months to repair which other mechanics recommended just three weeks. Third, when I arrived to pick my car they tried to scare with false claims that my engine have issues but those problems aren’t covered in insurance claims but luckily my car has engine warranty so I declined then he said wait for 10 mins he will recheck the issue. And funny thing is right after 10 mins he said your car engine is okay, you don’t need to worry about anything. And now after a month, when I’m here at car dealership to get my car serviced, they found out in inspection that my front brake pads have only 4mm leftover. But I had my brakes changed just 5000 km ago. So I recommend everyone to avoid these fraudsters.

This was the best customer service I have ever received from an auto bodyshop. All the employees were helpful, friendly to the core and professional. Price was very reasonable compared to other certified high standard auto body shop. The repair job on my vehicle was completed on time .

I brought my vehicle in to deal with 5 trouble spots, a perforated wheel well, and other rock damage. I made an appointment, and when there was an opening two weeks early, I got the call. James Autobody did great work, I am very pleased. The paint matches perfectly. Worth getting a quote from this business.

Really happy with the rust remediation work that we had done. The final cost came in under the estimate as the rust wasn't as extensive as initially thought. We'll be back when we need more body work. Thanks guys!

I went to this location in person, talked with Luis. I needed some body work done. He took pictures, I also recent the same pictures later that day. Said I would get a quote. After several messages, phone call with Luis, I never did get a quote, hardly even a reply, and is roughly 1.5 months later. Terrible customer service. Another location in Calgary never gave me a quote either. Went to a referral from a guy from work, got a quote within 30 minutes. I will never attempt to go to any Simplicity location ever again. Worst customer service ever.

Can agree with Faith's review regarding terrible customer service from this shop. Dropped off two mirrors to get painted for my car. I was told it would be a 3 day turn around. 10 days later and after multiple calls to the shop asking why they kept pushing the completion date I decided to drop in unannounced. To my annoyance I learn that they broke the glass on one of the mirrors. Which was obviously the problem all along. We discussed them ordering me a mirror that I had no problem paying for despite the broken glass not being my fault. This occurred in October. And as of today's date (December 20th) I'm still being given false information about a mirror being on its way, yet unable to provide me a tracking number for it.... By far the most shady business practices I've ever encountered

Had a scratch on my rear passenger door-quarter panel. It started to rust. I took my 2018 car to Simplicity Car Care in N.E. Calgary. After pickup up the painted area looked like it came off production line, brand new. Beautiful paint job. Thank you.

My SUV was rear ended and I took it to Simplicity Car Care Calgary North East. Insurance had booked an appointment for me, from the moment I walked into the shop I was blown away by the warm reception I got from Malik.Malik is very knowledgeable in the industry, he explained the whole process in depth and was very patient with me. By far Malik has raised the bar for customer service, he kept me informed on every stage of the repair process and delt with the insurance company. I didn't even have to worry about a rental as Malik took care of that for me. This shop is definitely a 5 * plus shop.

James Auto Body is my favorite place to go to. I have found them online a few years ago and needed body work on my two vehicles done and they were my go to after having no success and dealing with bad services at other places. Ursula is the kindest and always keeps me informed on the status of my repairs and they are always very efficient and provide exceptional customer care service. They are so friendly and offer incredible work at fair prices that is backed by warranty. Anytime I've got into an accident, I always use them. I always recommend them to anyone I know. I would not go anywhere else other than here. They show such incredible attention to detail and really take the stress off for me when my vehicles are in rough shape. I am very lucky that my FJ Cruiser was restored here at James Auto Body. It was collision with weird acting driver on faulty side. Lots of stress to start with and here was Ursula from James Auto Boby to pick up phone at 8:05 AM and right away easy my troubles go (No one from top 10 shops answer phone from 8AM). The truck was securely parked at James Auto body for weeks, even during that time when was not clear would it go to repair or not. Now, after 2 months I got my FJ Cruiser back in condition I never had. It was not in this condition when I bought it in 2011. Thanks a lot and wish James Auto Body stay in successful business.Thanks Ursula for taking all communications with insurance. I think, she saved me couple years of my life stay out of insurance traps.

I went to James Auto Body Ltd to get a quote on a dent repair to the trunk and scratches on my rear bumper along with repairs to scuffing on the front spoiler of my 335i Xdrive BMW Coupe . Harvey did a quick assessment and did up a quote in minutes explaining what needed to be done. While I originally thought the quote was a bit expensive, I did go to 4 other body shops, 2 of which specialize ( and reputable ) in BMW repairs for the 2 main BMW Dealerships in Calgary to get quotes for the same work. I was amazed at the quotes from these shops, which were around $1K to $1.5K more for what I was quoted from Harvey at James Auto Body. Harvey and his team completed the work, which brought my 335i XDrive Coupe back to new condition. This Auto Body Shop is probably one of the best in Calgary if not the best for work and value. Harvey tells me he also has a shop in the south of Calgary.Excellent work from the team there at James Auto Body, and I highly recommend this auto body shop for well priced super work!Thanks to all at the shop and Ursula at the front desk for friendly and excellent service.
