I had an unfortunate incident with my truck and took it to Ted’s and from start to finish they went above and beyond. It’s the little things that count for me. I purchased hood struts to replace, but didn’t get a chance to do them before dropping it off, I woke up the next day after picking my truck and install them, and could not find them and then I realized that they had installed them for me. They turned it around in less than a week, arranged my rental and even cleaned the truck before picking it up. If you need work done, this is your shop, you can rest assured the work will be done In a timely and professional manner. Thanks!!

I hit a deer and took my vehicle into Ted’s for an appraisal. They went over and above to do a very thorough evaluation. They made the whole process a wonderful experience. They took time to explain the whole process to me and answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend!!

Fast, reliable, quality service! I was in a car accident and needed some auto body work done. Dean and Kent went above and beyond helping me sort out the rental vehicle and all the other logistics and hassle that go with being in an accident. They made the process seamless for me so I could focus on my normal circus with 5 kids and let them sort out the vehicle stuff to get us back on the road. Also - my windows have never been this clean. Would take our vehicles here again if we ever need an auto body shop in the future, highly recommend!

I just picked up my car from Ted's and must say that I am impressed with the impeccable quality of the finished product and colour match. It takes a lot to please me when it comes to body work and paint, having spent 50 years doing customs, but Dean and his crew surely did. From beginning to end it was a very pleasant experience. This wasn't the first time and I'm sure it won't be the last time we'll require work on one of our vehicles. We keep returning to Ted's Autobody because of their honesty/integrity, workmanship and excellent customer service. They've always taken good care of us and it's a wonderful feeling knowing you can drop your vehicle off and not have to worry about anything.

I was beyond impressed at the service provided by Ted’s. They worked with my changing schedule and had my vehicle done very quickly. The customer service was impeccable.And to top it off they cleaned my car inside and out after- BONUS!They became my new regular shop!

The guys at Ted's, Dean & Larry have been outstanding to work with. I have used them twice, once for an insurance claim and just recently with a small mechanism issue.They worked around my schedule, the quality of their work was outstanding and they were fast.I highly recommend them.
