My bran new car was hit by someone while I was in a store. I had my car taken here and they did not do all the repairs to the car and what little they did they rushed though it. They filled a fender with body fill instead of putting a new one on (was told by another shop that it was body fill). When they put it back on the lines on the car was not lined up. There are still around 30 dints/ scratches on the hood that never got fixed. My lights are out of alignment. To top it all off my car now pulls to the right. I took the car back there and showed them everything. They told me “oh you have to wait till Joe comes back”. And at this time he had been off 2 weeks out of the 4 weeks my car was at Dominion motors. I will never take my car back to this place or buy another vehicle here. I was also told by them that their shop was rated number 1 in Northern Ontario, I looked it up and they are not even on the list.

I will update my rating when I get my vehicle back and I assess how it gets handled.. not impressed that my transmission is gone after only 130,000km.. I have always maintained my vehicle at dominions and have never driven my truck hard as I intended it to last.. and now that this has happened the customer service you first get when buying a vehicle has dropped tremendously. I am hearing many other horror stories of people leaving this dealership for this reason as I continue to share my experience so far with others.

Great experience at Domion Motors.Jay Hanson found me an Envision Avenir with all of the features I was lookig for. The transaction was quick and easy. The day I picked up my new vehicle Jay patiently went over all of the options and how to use them. I recommend stopping in to see Jay at Dominion motors if you are looking for a new or used car, truck or SUV.

Great sales team to work with. Very accommodating staff. I was especially thankful and very appreciative for Spencer's help one Saturday morning. I was passing through TB and the service department was closed so Spencer in sales helped me boost the vehicle I was hauling so I could deliver it to another dealership. Thanks Spencer! You folks here at Dominion Motors are top notch!

What a great experience! Went in for an oil change and i was in and out pretty quick. very friendly staff, all around all around a wonderful experience. If you are wanting an oil change go here!!

We bought our first ever brand new 2023 gmc terrain from dominion motors. The sales person and the rest of the people at dominion motors were very great to deal with. We have had some dealership experiences that have turned us away but at dominion motors they were not pushy at all , awesome people here..thank you so much..you guys are great!

I had a vehicle issue that required three visits in 7 weeks for diagnosis and repair. Had to wait for a part to be ordered which was fine: only concern is lack of communication when the part came in: I called myself to inquire if it was in, then was booked 2 weeks later for repair. This delayed the use of my car starter in cold weather (when the check engine light is on it prevents the car starter from working). Another concern is lack of shuttle service. Purchasing a vehicle over 75K and requiring service should automatically ensure your customers are taken care of transportation wise to get to and from work. They blamed lack of shuttle on “Covid” when the first time I had servicing done there was a driver to pick me up from work?The dealership my husband deals with has shuttle services, and has had them during Covid.

After waiting months of waiting for an ordered truck, I was able to talk to Jay about moving my hold over to a truck they had on the lot. Fortunetly they had a truck almost identical to my order on the lot, and was able to switch everything over and pick up the truck within a day. Could not have asked for better dealership & rep to deal with.

Recently purchased a new vehicle from Dominion Motors. The process went extremely smoothly and we were treated very well. The vehicle was very clean when we picked it up and the salesperson took the time to give us an overview of all features.

Our experience was fantastic! We were driving through from Saskatchewan and had some car trouble. Dominion Motors immediately helped us. Checked the vehicle out and had us back on the road quickly! We would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone!

Last week my wife and I were on an extended camping trip through the Thunder Bay area and I had noted that one of the tire studs had broken off my truck tire. As this was a safety issue as I was pulling a travel trailer so I wanted to get this repaired ASAP. I contacted one service shop in TB and they said I could leave my truck with them. No guarantee when it would be fixed. So I called Dominion Motors and spoke with Dan. He immediately recognized the serious nature of the issue and told be to bring the truck in the next day. Well we arrived early the next day and I spoke with the service coordinator and he had my truck in for repair immediately. He even gave me some treats for my dog! Well I was back on the road in under 2 hours with peace of mind. My experience with the service department at Dominion Motors in Thunder Bay was second to none. Highly recommended.

Every single person I interacted with over the phone was amazing. We live 12 hours away and my daughter is in Thunder Bay for school. They helped me set-up a tow and make the experience almost non stressful for her. The car was ready 2 days before they told me they could even look at it. She even texted me after picking up the car and comment how nice everyone was to her. Thanks to Mike and the crew for looking after my kid and fixing the car right the first time! She will be back for maintenance for sure!

The team at Dominion Motors were extremely helpful. They were prepared to assist us and ready to answer calls at any time. Jay has been super nice. We are very satisfied with their service and the new car.

Awesome service, such a delight to walk in for an estimate and no need to make an estimate appointment. Service Manager was excellent and a joy to deal with. Your Technicians did a superb job which we are very pleased with. On top of great service our vehicle was returned to us cleaned and sanitized. Well done to all involved

Dominion Motors has been servicing my car for over 17 years. Their expert care is responsible for this vehicle still functioning brilliantly during this time. I have got to know many of the staff over the years and am blown away by their honesty, friendliness and expertise. They go out of their way to provide the best service imaginable.

I just purchased a new to me Sierra and the process was seamless!! All the staff I dealt with were great! Being a woman looking at buying a truck sometimes you get treated differently; this was NOT the case here and was definitely noticed! Thanks to all the staff at Dominion; my kids and I love our new truck!!
