I had a wonderful experience with Alan and his team. I dropped my car off while I went on vacation. I had some rust coming through my car and 2 dents. Alan had quoted me a certain amount and when I picked up I was pleasantly pleased that my bill was reduced by $300, he could have left at original price but Alan is honest and delivered my car on time. Would highly recommend this shop.

I definitely recommend this body shop. No shady dealings or characters. I even pulled out of another shop on York Mills due to the unsettling conversations.Here, the ladies at the counter are extremely nice and professional. The shop is clean and tidy. The estimate and repairs were all done extremely fast. Don't go anywhere else.

I was searching body shop for my car at the area and found this place couple years ago. and decided to give it a try. one of those decision I was so pleased to made. the staffs there are very nice, the moment you walk in, you feel welcome by their front line staff, Amy, wait , was she Amy or Annie? anyway, very nice lady and knows what's she doing at her job. (lots of time, you walk in to a place, their front line ppl doesn't know what they are doing) and the staffs not only nice but professional, Alan,Ben, William and so other staffs i dont remember them all. they are professional and speak your language. sometimes you go to a body shop, they look and talk too professional to make you understand. but they do! and i think this is very important.i will continue going to them ! very pleased with the services they provide and lucky to have them! when my cars are with them, i know they are in good hand.

Searching for a reliable and experienced auto body shop could be a daunting task, but I am glad that my sister-in-law referred me to Simplicity Car Care after my car accident. Alan, the manager was extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented and professional. When I took my car in to Simplicity, Alan has already arranged a rental car for me which took one thing off my list during this stressful time. He was very patient to guide me through the procedure from the appraisal to the approval by my insurance company. The entire insurance claiming and repairing process were seamless with Alan took care of all the communication with the insurance company, kept me posted on the repairing process, with the ended result of my car looks brand new. Simplicity was simply fantastic! My insurance company sent me to this establishment right after a car accident. I was not familiar with it. When I arrived the paperwork was already drafted and all that was needed was my signature. The receptionist was professional, kind, and compassionate. Alan, the manager, was supremely knowledgeable, kind, caring, and professional. They took great care of my vehicle. The car looks brand new. It was also thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Simplicity obviously takes a lot of pride in their work.Thanks so much to Alan and team for such great service in a very stressful time. I highly recommend Simplicity and this location in particular. Amazing service. Went to Alan twice, and both times had been provided with hassle free services while my vehicle was fixed to the best condition. Great service, nice people! Alan is great to deal with, very friendly and straightforward on pricing and timing! Had a small dent in the rocker bar repaired in this shop and they did a fantastic job, the damage is completely removed, with the spot looking like new. I found price for the amount of work done to be very fair. Would highly recommend this place.

I have used Simplicity Car Care twice already The first time , I was recommended this place by my insurance claim adjuster. And I read the reviews which were really favorable. Then Anny called me to start the initial process to have the body damages repaired. I didn't have to do much as she took care of all the administrative work. I also met General Manager Alan who is very knowledgeable in his job. He explained all the necessary and pending repairs backed up by photos that Anny had emailed me earlier. I could tell immediately that Alan has many years of experience. 30 years to be precise.After less than 2 weeks , my car was ready for pick up. Alan and his team did such a fantastic job restoring my car to brand new!!!And recently, I used Simplicity Car Care again. Anny and Alan were so helpful again and I was very happy with the work the second time.Both of them are very honest and they told me all the work details. I will also commend Anny in getting a rental car for me so quick. It was a no hassle process.I strongly recommend Simplicity Car Care to other future customers. I am in the auto manufacturing business myself and I know what it takes to manufacture a brand new vehicle in my auto assembly plant. And to see how cars damaged in accidents restored to new, require extraordinary efforts by the auto body shop team. Alan, Anny, and the team were a pleasure to work with after I was in a motor vehicle collision a couple weeks ago. It is a stressful experience and Alan was always very supportive and super resourceful right from the beginning. They communicated well about the status of my car up until it was ready for pick up. They were very easy to reach when needed and made the process so much less stressful than it could have been. This process can be daunting for many people but it was easy and quick because of this team. Despite major damage to my car after the accident, my car looks brand new! I would definitely recommend this team because they are very professional and supportive at the same time.

After using this body shop for so many years, I can say that the quality of the work has always been superb. Alan always provide excellent customer service. Recently my car got into a hit and run incident, and the rear side panel was smashed. I left my car to Alan and contacted TD for the accident. Alan then handled everything for me including all the tedious paper works and back and forth communication with the insurance company.When I got back my car, Alan not only changed the rear side panel for me, his team also cleaned my car inside out!! The work was done beyond expectation and it felt like a completely new car!! Thank you so much Alan and your team for always providing consistently excellent service!!

Alan is very personable and has the integrity to get your car back to normal.....My car was repaired beyond my expectations! The attention to detail, far exceeded what I was expecting. Alan has the team of specialists to get you car repaired to OE standards or better. I will not hesitate to recommend his services!I had another small incident , naturally I have returned to Simplicity and Alan to have it looked at. Verry happy with my experience here. Brought my car in for some scratches over the year that finally need to be cleanup and they did a bang up job on it in just about 3 days. Absolutely cannot tell that it was scratched up before, looks like it came straight fromt The factory. The team did a courtesy interior cleaning without me asking and I appreciated that alot. Alan was a very helpful and a professional through and through. Highly recommend if you need to do some bodywork on your car

Just want to give Al and his team a big shout out! I have never been prouder to drive an older vehicle. So I had brought my old 2002 Camry in for some major body work on the old rust bucket. My car needed cut and weld on rocker panels, and wheel wells needed work too. It only took Al's team one week to do it and I was blown away by the difference when my car was returned to me.You can't even see the difference between the job they did and if the car was brand new with original paint and body. That is how well they blended the paint in with original paint. It actually looks like its a brand new car that just came off the lot. And best part is I didn't even break the bank!I would definitely recommend their work to family, friends etc. Awesome job 👏

Enviro Auto Collision is in our opinion, the gold standard for personalized, efficient, fair, and exemplary service. We have had the pleasure of working with Alan and his colleagues for a number of years, fortunately reasonably infrequently, for accident-related repairs. Estimates have been comprehensive and competitive, with the service always having been provided on time. We recently went away for a month and had to get some body repairs done, and Alan was more than willing to keep our car safe in his facility until we returned. The work is professional and beautiful; it is very clear that Alan and his crew take a lot of pride in their work, and this is reflected in the finished product. Got my car fixed here a couple weeks ago from a hit and run and this place has great customer service and their work is very professional. I had my passenger fender and door replaced with new parts from Mazda as it was very damaged from the hit. I was in contact with a man named Alan and he took care of all the communication with my insurance company and ordering the parts from Mazda. He made the whole process extremely seamless. This place is very knowledgeable and very experienced where they know what they are doing and customers can really put their trust in them. Highly recommend this place for any type of vehicle service!

Alan and his team at Enviro Auto Collision did an absolutely phenomenal job repairing my Tesla when it was damaged by a vehicle trying to park next to me. The estimate for the job was more than fair and the repairs were completed ahead of the promised day. I thoroughly inspected the repairs and it looks absolutely brand new. I see absolutely no signs of the damage! Zero!! I picked up my cleaned and charged vehicle and it drives perfect. I absolutely recommend this shop for repairs. I couldn't be more happy with the service at Enviro Auto Collision. Alan is incredible professional and trustworthy. I came in to get my bumper replaced due to a rear-end collision. I explained my situation and he provided me with an incredibly fair quote. I got my car back THE NEXT DAY! Not to mention they also cleaned my car and it looks brand new.The process was so quick and I will definitely be coming back for future maintenance and servicing. I am very happy with the result and I cannot recommend them more.
