Great work! Honest and friendly mechanics. Had a quote from a competitor that said I needed to replace the compressor and everything else to fix my AC. Simplicity Car Care York said my compressor was fine and fixed my AC for a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend!

We went to this repair shop after the accident, with the guidance of my insurance company. First I looked at the comments on Google maps and there were good comments. n 1 month after the check, they sent a price analysis to my insurance company. I called to make an appointment and we left messages multiple times. but there was no call back. We tried via e-mail but still no response. However, we were able to make an appointment by going to the repair shop. And after exactly 5 months, we were able to get results for a minor repair. This business is far from professional.

Very happy with my experience here. From the first consult, they communicated clearly and regularly with me. The work got done faster than I expected, and was professionally done. They called me a few weeks after the service was done to take a look at my car to ensure everything was good. Highly recommend getting your cars bodywork done. Very happy with the results.

I worked for fabio for about a week and when i told him i was quitting i was assaulted and he called to police on me and till now he has not sent me my money he has no value everyone please steer clear of this shop they have zero dignity and they have illegal immigrants working there they should be shut down they dont do proper repairs

My car was in pretty rough shape, also needed a transmission line replaced. Fabio and his team restored my car like brand new and did an amazing job. Fabio is so talented and his team are all perfectionist. I was referred by a friend as I had to fix the major dent and scratch on my 2021 Acura RDX door, I am so impressed by the work done by Fabio and his team on my car. Even dealer was not able tell where paint was fixed.Since then I referred couple friends for their old cars to fix their bumper etc and they were also super impressed by the quality work done by Rival auto.Whether it’s a old car or the new car Fabio got it covered in service and above all matching / blending the new paint job.I hope I don’t need his service in future but I will definitely visit Rival auto to say hi the team.Thank you Fabio for wonderful job!

Hi my name is Ernest I had fender bender and took my wife's car to Fabio Rival outo collision and when I took it back I couldn't believe it how great job he had done I was very satisfied I couldn't even tell the difference he did great job. About month later someone scraped my car, so ended up taking two cars to Fabio he absolutely did great job on both cars. I highly recommend Fabio his great at his craft, he's the man when you really need him. Very satisfied with his services.

Fabio got it right and went above and beyond my expectations. I sent my SUV there to get a bunch of things done and instead of rushing me in and out like lots of places have , he took his time and did a phenomenal job communicating with me the entire time as to how things were going and very transparent about how much everything was going to cost so the only surprise at the time of paying was that he actually discounted my agreed upon total because he wanted to have it done sooner. Definitely taking my vehicle here moving forward. You should too!
