Incredible service. It's one thing to be treated well as a customer, but I wasn't even a big customer and they treated me very well - went above and beyond. I had a bumper issue and I brought my SUV by expecting to make an appt etc. The gentleman took a look at it and fixed it on the spot - on the house! Didn't charge me a penny. Friendly, honest, and prompt! Thank you, what a great experience I had. Will recommend to my friends and family.

I’ve been doing my business with this amazing body shop for the past 4 years. Always came here for my ICBC claims. Yeah, this car has been wrecked many times 😅 and the staff here has always been treating me and my car above and beyond. Darius, Mike, and Mo are the best people you could ask for to go through the tough times (let’s be honest — having car accident and going through the entire process is extremely stressful let alone the financial problem but also emotionally.) Darius, Mike, and Mo always treat me like I’m their family and go above and beyond and always give me the best advices and care. I am thankful for their kindness and excellent workmanship + customer service. I am looking forward to continue my business with this shop for my future accidents. Was recommended As New Autobody by my mechanic after getting rear ended by a semi truck on the highway. I love my car - a 2009 VW Passatt CC. Guy was very helpful and was able to make my car as good as new! I also had them fix some "age" on the car and after a detailing by his crew my car looks and smells like it did when I drove it off the showroom floor. HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking for a repair.

Big thank you to Guy and the team at As New Auto Body. They went above and beyond. I came in super last minute before a big move and they were able to get me in right away. Car looked brand new when i picked it back up. They cleaned the exterior and interior as well! They called me every couple days updating me for when it should be ready. Thank you again, highly would recommend As new Autobody.

I just recently brought my car in to have the bumper fixed up after someone bumped into the rear end leaving marks and chips. They did a great job fixing up the bumper. The car is a grey Mercedes c300 and they did a great job matching the paint. I was really happy with the result.Other points are they were quick with the turnaround of the repair, they were friendly to deal with and as a bonus they cleaned the interior and washed the car. I was really happy with the experience.

I am a little dissipointed in my experience with As New. I am giving them 3 stars (generously) as employees were generally polite and they got the job done. Did not exceed my expectations and seemed to be a rushed job even though they had my vehicle for about 3 weeks. Paint wasnt perfect. They buffed it out after i pointed it out.Upon drop off i asked if my vehicle could be cleaned and detailed and offered to pay extra for it. They advised me they clean the cars at no extra cost. Also was told that my splash guards would be cleaned - even offered to pay extra once again! Upon pickup saw the splashguards werent cleaned at all and the vehicle looked like it had a quick wipedown/vaccum.With over $4000 paid in labour I'd expect something a bit.. better.. more impressionable. I took my chance with a smaller body shop in my community. Next time will go elsewhere.
