WORST bodyshop ever! It is disorganized and unprofessional! I sent my car for repairing in October 2023. They promised me I wouldn't have any problem with ICBC, but I had. The price for repairing was almost the price of my car. So expensive!!! ICBC just paid me 60 % of it. When I tried to talk about this with the owner he wasn't ready to answer my questions right then and promised to call back but he never contacted me. I am very disappointed.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM AS NEW AUTOBODY&GLASS IF YOU DON'T WANNA WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND IF YOU WANNA BE TREATED AS A PERSON.

Do not take you vehicle here! I took my truck in for a dent in my drivers side door. They told me it would take 4 days it took 7 (business days they had it for over a long weekend to 10 days total) when I got the truck back it wasn’t ready there was a trim piece around the window that had been chipped they said they would replace it for free just give them a couple days to bring in the peice. Once a week I would call to see what was going on for 3 weeks they kept saying they had the part but didn’t have time to fit me in the schedule for the 3 hour repair of the window trim. They have now stopped picking up the phone when I call. Super unimpressed with Mike the owner and Joe the front desk guy. Would not recommend using to anyone

Extremely happy with the service I received from As New Auto Body! Their customer service, work done on my vehicle, and reasonable price was all top notch – I will be going here for all my future body work needs and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Huge thank you to Mike and his team – I’m very grateful for the amazing service I received!

Literally the best auto body shop I have worked with in the past 4 years of owning my vehicle! Many businesses have asked me to write a positive review before.. but yet this is still my first time wanting to write a review which already says a lot about Simplicity As New Auto Body!I was referred to this shop by a friend and from now on I will only be dealing with As New Auto Body for any future vehicle body needs! I wasn't getting a huge job done, only some holes on my trunk lid needing filling and professionally repaired. However, I have aftermarket parts that needed to be removed first and the As New Auto Body without hesitation said they can remove, repair, and reinstall it all for me! Amazing price deal for their quality work and the staff Mike and Joe were both beyond friendly and helpful. On the day of my pickup I coincidentally had an urgent appointment and the staff even worked with me to try to return my vehicle back to me asap while still maintaining the quality of their work.(Not sure if I got lucky on this one but...) In terms of getting an appointment for your vehicle.. I was quite surprised that they were able to get me in only 4 days after I dropped by for inquiry. Whereas all other shops quoted me much higher prices AND told me I will have to wait MONTHS due to ICBC jobs.. whom of which never even called me back a year later.All in all, I would highly recommend Simplicity As New Auto Body and if anything goes wrong in the future, without a doubt I will be coming back to these guys.

Incredible service. It's one thing to be treated well as a customer, but I wasn't even a big customer and they treated me very well - went above and beyond. I had a bumper issue and I brought my SUV by expecting to make an appt etc. The gentleman took a look at it and fixed it on the spot - on the house! Didn't charge me a penny. Friendly, honest, and prompt! Thank you, what a great experience I had. Will recommend to my friends and family.

I’ve been doing my business with this amazing body shop for the past 4 years. Always came here for my ICBC claims. Yeah, this car has been wrecked many times 😅 and the staff here has always been treating me and my car above and beyond. Darius, Mike, and Mo are the best people you could ask for to go through the tough times (let’s be honest — having car accident and going through the entire process is extremely stressful let alone the financial problem but also emotionally.) Darius, Mike, and Mo always treat me like I’m their family and go above and beyond and always give me the best advices and care. I am thankful for their kindness and excellent workmanship + customer service. I am looking forward to continue my business with this shop for my future accidents. As stated in the other reviews; the boys and girls of as new autobody are a pleasure to deal with and go above and beyond. I highly appreciate and recommend this excellent company.I've had my truck for 5 years with almost 200k km on it and it again looks as good as the day I bought it thanks to as new autobody

Was recommended As New Autobody by my mechanic after getting rear ended by a semi truck on the highway. I love my car - a 2009 VW Passatt CC. Guy was very helpful and was able to make my car as good as new! I also had them fix some "age" on the car and after a detailing by his crew my car looks and smells like it did when I drove it off the showroom floor. HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking for a repair.

Big thank you to Guy and the team at As New Auto Body. They went above and beyond. I came in super last minute before a big move and they were able to get me in right away. Car looked brand new when i picked it back up. They cleaned the exterior and interior as well! They called me every couple days updating me for when it should be ready. Thank you again, highly would recommend As new Autobody.

I just recently brought my car in to have the bumper fixed up after someone bumped into the rear end leaving marks and chips. They did a great job fixing up the bumper. The car is a grey Mercedes c300 and they did a great job matching the paint. I was really happy with the result.Other points are they were quick with the turnaround of the repair, they were friendly to deal with and as a bonus they cleaned the interior and washed the car. I was really happy with the experience.

I am a little dissipointed in my experience with As New. I am giving them 3 stars (generously) as employees were generally polite and they got the job done. Did not exceed my expectations and seemed to be a rushed job even though they had my vehicle for about 3 weeks. Paint wasnt perfect. They buffed it out after i pointed it out.Upon drop off i asked if my vehicle could be cleaned and detailed and offered to pay extra for it. They advised me they clean the cars at no extra cost. Also was told that my splash guards would be cleaned - even offered to pay extra once again! Upon pickup saw the splashguards werent cleaned at all and the vehicle looked like it had a quick wipedown/vaccum.With over $4000 paid in labour I'd expect something a bit.. better.. more impressionable. I took my chance with a smaller body shop in my community. Next time will go elsewhere.
