10/10. My experience at this bodyshop was so smooth, my car had a really bad collision due to the weather and the icy roads, however Sam made made the experience really stress free. this place has amazing customer service experience and I would recommend this bodyshop to anyone who is looking for 10/10 service. I did not have car rental with my insurance so it was a really stressful time for me however SAM went above and beyond to make sure my car was ready to be drivable and I was able to get it repaired and ready to drive within a month. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Eric and the team at Simplicity Car Care went above and beyond to repair my car after a hit and run. They were able to get parts much faster than anticipated and repaired my vehicle in no time. They also custom color matched my car and did such a good job blending the paint - you can’t even tell the car was in an accident. Highly recommend this shop!

Insurance company recommended this location and we are very happy they had! Fantastic team, Jordan was so personable and Macky was fun. Got a surprise detailing when I picked up the Car which made my wife ecstatic. Highly recommend and they arranged rental pickup and drop off, kept in contact to keep us informed. Great team!

Owner was very nice. After being turned down from other shops due to the nature.of the repair. They decided to take my 03 Jetta in for rear quarter panel repair.The work was done, the paint matched. But they did almost no prep/ sanding. The paint is not smooth and you can see hard lines underneath the paint. My rear quarter panel is very textured now. Almost worse than just leaving it how it was before I brought it here.Chose these guys after reading some of their reviews at the time.Would strongly recommend avoiding unless you want bumpy paint as an end result. waste of money :/

My vehicle was making some strange noises when I drove it. Sammy took my vehicle for a test drive with me to listen for it and experimented with a few things to rule out possibilities. He then put my van on the hoist to look under the vehicle to further diagnose the problem. He found the problem and explained things to me in great detail. It turned out to be some cosmetic issues with the body of my vehicle so I didn’t need any mandatory work done. Sammy was very helpful, kind and generous. All the staff I dealt with were very nice too. I highly recommend this business to others. Thank you so much!

We came to Sam at Simplicity after a bad experience with another Autobody. Sam was incredibly helpful, accurate with timelines. Their team did a wonderful job replacing my grill and chrome moulding, walked me though everything, had it done quick and snappy and went out of their way to advocate for me when there was an issue with insurance. We couldn’t be happier with the job they did and the staff is a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!

I cannot even express how amazing the service here is. It was as hassle free as it could have been seeing as I got rear ended. The job was done very quickly as soon as the parts came in. Sam went above and beyond to make sure all the parts were replaced with the “best ones” and even made sure to show me the old parts so I can see the magnitude of damage.All the staff was awesome to deal with and very friendly. My car came back beautifully!Overall I have such a pleasant experience at this shop I definitely would highly recommend it to everyone!

Staff were very friendly and eager to assist. Droped my car off, they called my rental car and had me picked up, excellent service. Repairs were done before expected and look great. Can't even tell there was any damage. If I need any future work, I head there.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the Crew at Simplicity North! I was quoted to have my car fixed after 2 months from when I dropped off my car due to back ordered parts but they had gone above and beyond to search for the correct parts in other ways to have my car fixed as soon as possible and was done within a couple weeks! The team was so so nice and even went out of their way to do minor paint fixes that wasn’t part of the original plan that I was amazed and very happy to see! I am beyond grateful for the amazing work they put into my car and I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone in need of their services!

I took my brand new 4runner to Sam. Someone scraped up the drivers side in a parking lot. Only 2 months old. He did an amazing job, cleared everything up, and it looks like new again! Sam is very thorough, so helpful, and knowledgeable. The staff are great, friendly and ready to help! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I am from Vancouver, British Columbia and have never met a more honourable man that Sam Nguyen.When he told me about his workplace, I advised him that I have had my very first car since I was a teenager and was restoring it after almost 50 years.I would never just let my car be touched by someone I didn't trust. After negotiations, I decided to let Sam restore my car. It is a 1973 Toyota Celica, a car you will hardly ever find, because they are so rare. I drove to Edmonton, and left the car with him to repaint the exterior.It was late summer and we needed to get the car back to Vancouver before the early winter set in. Sam delivered the car like it had come off the showroom floor.I am truly indebted for his gracious workmanship and would highly recommend any person or business that needs any work done on their automobiles that Downtown Auto Repair, owned by Sam Nguyen is the place to go. I am able to say that you will not be disappointed in your experience with Sam. 10 out of 10!
