We brought our car in to Simplicty after work this afternoon. Front left wheel was making noise. We were in and out in less than an hour. No more noise! This is the 3rd time we have used Simplicity and we have always been happy with their service and their prices! Highly recommend them.

I was fooled by the reviews, asked my insurance company to send my file to them. They are disorganized, forgot about my car for one month and half. And postponed my repair by 5 months. Very bad customer service, arrogant and untruthful management. Do not trust them, take everything in writing.

This has been my best experience so far in terms of automotive repairs. These guys really know what they’re doing 10/10 would recommend if you want a smooth repair process for your vehicle. The staff there are also very kind and professional!

My advice to you is that when choosing a repair shop under insurance policy, do NOT choose Simplicity Car Care, and choose someone else.My recent experience with the shop was very sad. My insurance company pointed Simplicity Car Care Ottawa for appraising my car involved in an accident. My experience with the shop has concluded that the shop simply work for their business partner. In my case, the Simplicity Car Care at Merivale RD only works for TD Insurance that gives businesses to them.

I’ve seen first hand how they do their job and you can tell they put a lot of time and effort into their work (great attention to detail). I wouldn’t doubt their capabilities. One they were extremely friendly, two they were honest, and lastly they did a great job with the window tinting (of course). If you want to feel valued this is definitely the company to go with. Honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Best service and couldn't ask for more..They did an amazing job on my car with a paint protection film (or PPF) 🚘 was referred by Honda dealership on Richmond road to do the PPF because they're also the one who did tinted my 🚗 car windows🚘...all the staff & the owner "Roy" are very nice and professional & knowledgeable about anything related to your car body work. They also provide car cleaning service's etc..Merci!

Staff were super friendly and they truly made you feel like a valued customer. The waiting area was modern and very clean. I dropped my car off in the morning and the services was done earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. My car looked like it had just rolled out of the dealership. Will definitely be using their services again.

Thinking I couldn't possibility be more impressed with their service and professionalism, I stepped into their new location on Merivale Road and was completely blown away. The team installed TPMS sensors and winter tires as well as ceramic coating on my wheels. I had a paint correction, detail and wax/sealant done last week on my Genesis G70. Roy did a great job communicating with me and the car came out looking better than new. Would definitely recommend their services and I'll be back in the future.
