Update on February 7, 2024Thanks for the reply and follow-up. It is good to see customer feedback still matters a bit to Simplicity Car Care.Just to clarify:1. You are partially correct on the repair statement. The repair was completed in 2021; ~ one month after the fix, the error code “Radar Cruise Control Unavailable” showed up in the car. I called Simplicity and booked a follow-up appointment. On my way to Simplicity, for whatever reason, the error disappeared; and I called Simplicity right away to update the situation and ask for guidance. I got told that” since the error is not there any more. There is no point in driving all the way to the shop. Do not worry about it. Just go back home. The fix in the shop is under life-time warranty. Come back next time when the error code pops up again.” Thus, it is NOT ME who did not come in to allow you to address it at that time.2. The pic and video attached in the review was taken on February 6, 2024. And I made it very clear to the repair planner (Nic) while in the shop. The scan did return no fault. The solution and guidance I got is to go back and call my insurance TD Monnex. That is why I got a bit frustrated. TD Monnex already paid over $10,000 for the fix; and life-time warranty is promised by Simplicity. I absolutely do not know what is the point of getting me to call the insurance company. The answer is obvious, i.e., it was my choice to trust Simplicity more than the TD auto-shop. Now I got kicked like a ball in between Simplicity and TD.3. As well, I got promised to be called to book an appointment for the high-beam issue. So far, I have not gotten a call to be scheduled yet.I stated very clearly during my visit on February 6, 2024. I prefer not to go back and forth to the shop. My hope is that Simplicity can hold the accountability and keep the promise while trying to earn a customer from the insurance company. Hope I clarify the whole situation._________________________________Review on February 6, 2024The experience with “life time warranty” offered by Simplicity Car Care was absolutely terrible. I am writing this review to warn everyone to be careful with so-called “life-time warranty” provide by this auto shop. I personally dealt with this auto shop three times. It is noticed that the service is going downhill after changing to “Simplicity Car Care”.Especially this front desk lady named Rylee Henderson gave me an awful experience on Feb. 6, 2024. Hope the manager in charge will provide her with proper customer service training. At minimum she needs to respect the customer and should not smartly jump into a conversation which she is not invited to. If the general manger still cares about this auto shop, you’d better contact me and I can provide a bit more details about my experience. If you may notice the consistent negative reviews received recently (which never happened before), it should raise a red flag to the leadership team here. Hope the customer feedback still means something to this place.Please check my attached pic and video. Hopefully someone from Simplicity Care Care can tell me that the error code “Radar Cruise Control Unavailable” does NOT mean anything wrong with the car at all. Based on a quick computer simulation, it did not show any error code, i.e., this means the car is totally fine even with the evidence provided. Hope this will make common sense to everyone.

Awful body shop.Well, My car was fixed with insurance. I think it took almost 2 months to get parts and repair, first of all, they took off the bumper protection guard but did not install a new one and asked me to buy a new one ( if I want).Secondly, they did not check any electrical issues in the car, when I asked the reason the guy said we only do body parts and nothing else They should have informed me before stating the repair on my car, otherwise, I could have chosen another shop.After everything was done they told me if anything went wrong call us anytime we would fix it. Probably after 6 months, I noticed that the new light they installed had fog inside and 3m tape on the hood had bubbles, I went there and a woman checked everything and told me this was the manufacturer's problem then I went to the dealership and showed them the light, they said this is not manufacture problem the guy who installed the light did not seal it properly, I called them twice after but they did not response me well and told me they will call me back after talking with their (certified mechanic who does not even know how to seal a new headlight) and it's been 3 weeks haven't heard from them yet. I will never go back to them and never recommend to anyone who wants their car fixed. customer service is horrendous.

They did a great job in getting my car back to looking and running as it was before it was badly damaged in a collision. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed when I saw my car looking like nothing ever happened!!!From the beginning to the end, Waleed followed through the process of completing the repairs, and provided me with all the information and updates I needed, ALWAYS in the most cordial and professional way.I only didn't appreciate the manner in which I was rushed by the CSR to go pick up my car on a very short notice, after I waited for nearly 3 months for the repairs to be completed.

I recently entrusted this auto shop with insurance-related repairs, but unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing. The ordeal began when I first retrieved my car in September, only to discover a bothersome noise emanating from the window. Despite repeated visits, as suggested by the shop, each appointment ended with a brief check and a rescheduled date, causing significant inconvenience due to my busy schedule and the shop's distant location.In one of these visits, the staff assured me they would order a necessary part and also promised to provide an estimate for repairing an additional scratch. Regrettably, I have not received any further communication from them since then. My attempts to reach out, particularly via email, regarding this matter and a new issue that surfaced after their service, have been met with complete silence.After an arduous three months, I finally got my car serviced again, but to my dismay, the original issue was still unresolved, and I was faced with a new problem. This continuous lack of response and the deteriorating condition of my car post-service has been nothing short of a nightmare. Based on my experience, I feel obliged to advise potential customers to seek services elsewhere.

Awful body shop! Save your time and money and go elsewhere. My vehicle was in the shop for 2 + months for front end damage. Took my car for an oil change a month later, they put it up on hoist and realized my engine skid plate is still cracked and secured with tape. As per the invoice I was charged for this piece and they “replaced it”. The customer service is horrendous, no apology, argumentative throughout the entire process. If you want your vehicle fixed properly, do not go here!

Very disappointing service at this location my vehicle had a minor damage they confirmed that they have parts and ready to service vehicle and will be ready within week or two but today it is over a month now and yet I have to call them to inquire when I will get the vehicle back.Last Monday I was told vehicle is at dealership for calibration and will be ready and today after a week I call and get the same excuse that vehicle is at dealership for calibration.Looking at recent reviews from customer today didn’t surprise me I went to this location from referral but I will never give any recommendation to anyone about this location as the level of care and urgency is no where seen by them.

Save your time and bring your vehicle elsewhere. Awful customer service. Brought my vehicle in following a minor collision. Was told it would take 4-5 days to complete the repairs. 7 1/2 weeks later finally got my vehicle back.When I went to pick it up they attempted to get me to sign off that I approve of the repairs prior to me even looking at my vehicle.Went to inspect my vehicle, the inside was absolutely filthy, full of fingerprints and mud. The outside had scratches on it. Brand new head light was full of scratches that he “wiped off.”When I expressed my dissatisfaction his response was: it’s not our job to clean your vehicle it’s been in and out of the shop and we can’t control that.Awful customer service throughout the entire 7 weeks. Was told multiple times my vehicle would be done “today or tomorrow” never happened.

Kudos to all the friendly, professional staff at Empire Collision! They took care of our car and us in a timely and knowledgeable manner. Special mention to Waleed Khawaja, our repair planner, who handled all the insurance details and questions we had from start to finish. We got daily updates regarding where our car was in the repair process, and Waleed went out of his way to make the procedure simple and stress free. Great job everyone!

Brought my car here for a rear bumper replacement. While they did a good job on the bumper replacement, my car came back with other damages. There is a significant crack on the windshield (which has since the picture, had almost doubled in size) and a dent on the rain guard that took off the paint down to the steel.I was told they would look into the photos to see if they could see the damage in the before pictures they have on file. However, I didn't receive a call back in the time frame indicated. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the following day. It's been over a month now and every time they don't call me in indicated time frame and I end up having to call them back to inquire. I still have no answers about how they plan to remedy the damages my car sustained.

Went above and beyond my expectations, did a great quality work in a timely manner...staff is exceptionally polite & friendly, especially Mike, who explained all the details of the work performed and made the whole process quick and easy!!Performed a whole front replacement, very happy with their work, the paint job is incredibly precise!!Definitely recommend this place...👍

Empire Collison did a great job right from the beginning, the estimator was very personable and explained all the repairs needed. I want to point out we did not go through insurance and the damage was significant, they came in almost 1/2 the cost of our other 3 estimates. They were very honest and did amazing work, highly recommend. I can save you all the driving around getting quotes and go with these guys.

We needed body work and paint repair after my car was hit. Sherwood Ford sent it to Empire for the repairs. My car is Candy Red in color and very hard to match. They did a very nice job on the body work and seems to have matched/blended the paint perfect!

I’m super happy with Empire’s service. They even repaired some of the scratches in my vehicle that wasn’t included in the accident or requested by me. Also, Michelle on the front desk is a sweetheart. Great job!! Will recommend to everyone 👏🏼

Seemed a bit pricey, but they worked directly with my insurance and the rental company to make my repair experience as hassle-free as possible. Body and paint repairs looked good, customer service was good, and vehicle was ready within the timeframe quoted.

Brought my c350 there for a new bumper and they did excellent work! Had the car back in just a couple days. Along with what I came for they fixed my side marker light along with their tech noticing I was having trouble with my active headlights and adjusted it so it was fixed! Free of any charges! Ladies behind the counter were nice and help with my car was friendly and felt like an honest guy. Also got a free tour of the shop! Definitely will use them next time I need a repair!

I needed some body work done on all four doors on my 2012 truck which I had just acquired in March. The crew at Empire did an amazing job for a very fair price. They have a tremendous attention to all details and kept me up to date with the work at it progressed. Thanks to Bill, Henry, Mike, Patty and all the staff at Empire for an awesome experience and job well done.
