I was in an accident and was badly rear ended and my car was badly damaged. It got sent to simplicity car care Barrie who then sent it to simplicity car care in Aurora. I have constantly been in touch with Josie, and I have to say the customer service I received from her was awesome. She was always informing me and updating me with the status of the car repair was. She said everything was under warranty and the repairs done look like an amazing job. This is much appreciated because being without a car for two months was very stressful.

This place doesn't deserve even one star. It's a place that will take the money from the insurance in advance for repairs and will never fix the car, stay away from it.

It’s not often u find shop like this.... I had my Range Rover in for some rust and body repairs and I was so happy with there work as the colour match was just perfect and the repairs made me fall in love with my truck all over again I’m so happy I got recommended to bring my truck here I was not disappointed.... instead impressed that I payed half of what Range Rover was gonna charge me with such great service.Would definitely recommend aurora collision
