The owners are very friendly, but the quality of work is not good. All the panels fixed on our vehicle by this body shop have flaws like dust/dirt in the clear coat or imperfections in the paint under the clear coat, and dust in the interior of the vehicle. They also didn't protect the surrounding body panels when they did the body work and got body filler compound on them, we asked them to remove the compound, what they ended up doing was clay barring these panels without a follow up polishing, this left the paint looking dull and will now need a paint correction to bring them back to the condition they were in before this shop worked on it, and there was still compound present after they attempted to clay bar it off. I recommend staying away from this place.

Terrible. I went to magic touch now simplicity car care because they are supposed to do good work but I cant agree at all after 3 trys they still can not get my truck looking the way it should.They had forgot about getting my truck in for the original date they has promised I had to call and remind them twice. When I first got it back there was scuffs in the paint and dings in a “good condition” used door, body dust in the interior still they were also supposed to buff the whole truck so it matched. The truck wasn’t even cleaned after the work there was still tape lines on the hood of the truck that they had promised to buff and match the truck. I picked it up for a second time and the dings were still in the door and the owner did not like being confronted about the poor work done on the truck. For a third time I picked it up the dings were out of the door but truck now has buff marks down the whole side. Not what a freshly painted truck should look like customer service was terrible they accused my insurance of being cheap when I had a quote from them before insurance was involved at $5300 my insurance paid them $7300 for this terrible job now I’m left paying out of pocket to have my truck fixed properly.

Extremely thankful and so blessed for Magic Touch Auto Body! Shout out to Jeff and Colleen. 😁An unfortunate circumstance took place with my vehicle, the hood and the fenders were damaged super awkwardly. Magic Touch got me in immediately for an estimate and gave me hope back, assuring they could fix it.Today I picked up the vehicle and it looks great, no damage to be found! Highly recommend you won't be disappointed.

I dislodged the fender of my vehicle exiting my driveway and was in a bit of a predicament. The fender wasn’t damaged but the vehicle couldn’t be driven a high-speed as it was loose. I spoke to Jeff on the phone who welcomed me to come in without an appointment. They fixed the issue quickly and professionally in the parking lot and I was on my way with minimal delay. I couldn’t have asked for better help.
