We were introduced to Simplicity Car Care by our insurance company. Our experience could not have been any better. Nick and his team are super friendly and they were also very accommodating as they fit us in when it worked best for our schedule. When the car was done it looked brand new and they did a complete cleaning of the car (inside and out) as well. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

A car accident brought us to Simplicity Car Care, for collision damage appraisal and repair. The service was excellent. They were on time for our appointment slot, told us the work that was needed, answered all our questions and dealt directly with insurance.They 'erased' the damage.They have other services and take appointments. An amazing body shop that has been here since the 70s! They’re efficient with their work and are very kind. They offered to fix some minor problems for free outside of the main issue, and they were really communicative throughout.

I hit my car in the condo parking garage, and Simplicity did an amazing job on replacing the doors and repainting them! They provide updates all the time, so you would know what to expect. When I picked it up, the car looked brand new, they cleaned it up inside out! Coincidentally the battery died when I tried to drive it away, so I got a new battery from Canadian tire, and Tiago helped me to replace it for free! I couldn't thank them enough, and I'd highly recommend Simplicity to anyone!

I was very hopeful dealing with this body shop, though I left extremely disappointed and would never recommend them to anyone. Diane is great, it’s Nick and Tiago that I found to be very careless and left a very bad taste in my mouth. They make every excuse in the book to call this work acceptable or a pass, when you can clearly see in the photos the bumper is a different colour than the rest of the vehicle and the original did not have that issue, I’ve included a photo of before and after for reference. I would run in the other direction and never look back, hindsight is 20/20. I saw the signs of how careless Tiago is and hoped that maybe he was just having a bad day, but after seeing the work this shop produces I guess it’s hard to be proud of your work when this is what they produce. Upon originally returning the vehicle, they tried to return it with runs in the paint or clear coat, black spots where the metallic may not have been mixed properly, the colour doesn’t match at all and worst of all they were trying to just hand me the keys and hope I don’t notice. Not to mention how dirty the car was when I picked it up, or the scratches Tiago put into my vehicle when cleaning it up for photos. Terrible quality and even worse customer service unfortunately I need to put one star, but I don’t even think they deserve that one, especially since they couldn’t even reinstall the parking sensor correctlyIn response to your reply; the led light was simply to show all of the imperfections in the bumper that you guys were okay with, trying to hand me the keys over with runs in the bumper and all kinds of other spots.The marks on the vehicle are due to your employee running a rag on a car with dirt on it, which I specifically asked him not to touch the car with any rags or brushes. You may as well use sand paper to clean it when there is dust and dirt all over the car and you wipe it. So thanks for the complimentary scratches in my paint, very generous of you.In the photo I provided you can see the original bumper matched a lot closer than your “industry standard” which looks terrible from almost every angle, also you failed to address the parking sensors not even being reinstalled correctly which now don’t even allow the vehicle to reverse, where has pride in workmanship gone. Absolutely horrible experience and nothing but excuses on your shops part.

It's not that my family and I are bad drivers or anything but I have had body work done on our cars here for more than the past decade - five or six times. And I have been 100% satisfied with the service and the work each time.They were originally recommended by the dealership from which I bought one of our cars. While I don't agree with that dealership always or on everything, I certainly agree with them that this Simplicty Car Care body shop is excellent.The repairs were done perfectly and the paint on the repairs matched perfectly. All in all, they earned their five stars.

I own a bmw x1 and when I got into my car accident SIMPLICITY took my car in and made it like brand new again. I am very happy with my service I got. It was 30 days in a rental vehicle waiting for my car to get fixed. Absolutely amazing. I had a broken mirror and my friend recommended them because of the great experience she and her family had with them. They said they were booking two weeks out but to stop by mid-week and they would take a quick look. Not only did they take a look, but they came out and fixed it and didn't even charge me for it. I'll definitely be going back. Thank you. Phenomenal people.

Nothing but great things to say about Simplicity and everyone that works there. We’ve now had 2 vehicles repaired with them and both times they went above and beyond. Took my golf R here for bumper replacements and colour matched paint to a very difficult blue. The shop did an amazing job. Cannot even tell the difference between the colour and the panel gaps are all perfect. They kept me very well informed through the process and dealt directly with my insurance company for all the billing.Company feels like a family owned business and they care about cars. I would definitely return and recommend friends to use their services.

As a woman with high expectations, I figured I would give this place a try. I was left speechless with the level of professionalism, accuracy, understanding and overall service. They went above and beyond to ensure every step of this was easy, seamless and convenient for me. I had a tight timeline and they came in well in advance of it. I was met with smiles, compassion and professionalism from the moment I walked into the office. They are a team of dedicated individuals that eloquently surpass all and any expectations. Where my insurance company failed to show compassion in this difficult situation, the team at this place showed me way more than understanding and compassion. The work was beautifully executed. I got in an accident with my brand new car in January and my insurance company recommended Simplicity Car Care Etobicoke for my repairs. I had never made an insurance claim before so I was very stressed and Simplicity made the whole process SO much easier for me. They helped me deal with a mix-up with my insurance company, and they were so kind, patient and supportive when answering my questions and addressing my concerns. I like that it's a family-run shop, and I truly felt like they cared about me and my car - as soon as I began speaking with them I could tell it was in good hands there.My parts were on backorder so I had to wait a while for the repairs to take place, but as soon as the parts arrived they completed the repairs super quickly, and they updated me on my car's status throughout. When I finally was able to go pick it up, I think they were almost as excited as me - they all took the time to come out and speak with me and it was just an all around nice experience. My new car looks brand new again - the repairs are perfect and you'd never know anything ever happened! I've put about 1000 km on it in the month or so since I picked it up, and have had no issues whatsoever. Every time I get in I'm amazed that it looks and feels exactly like it did before the accident. I would absolutely recommend Simplicity Car Care Etobicoke, and will take my car there again if I ever need to (although hopefully that won't happen any time soon!).

This company is fantastic to deal with the estimate was reasonable the parts ordering was fast. The estimator and owner were friendly knowledgeable and explained everything. What was unique and helpful idea was they sent updates once the car was delivered on how the work was progressing and when it was ready for pick up. When I booked the appointment to take the car in they also confirm the time and when I should drop it off. The vehicle repairs front bumper replacement and painting look great. I learned the company is family owned 40+ years and it certainly shows in their dedication to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend the shop for bodywork and painting.

Wow. From the minute I dropped my car off I was impressed. Helen and Nick were so nice and had everything organized and ready to go. They really went out of their way to make me feel valued and welcome. Nick explained the procedure to me and sent me emails with regular updates. My car was ready ahead of time and Helen and Nick explained the repairs, even showing me pictures taken at each stage of the work being done. Don’t look any further, this is the shop you want to use.
