This place is definitely the best of the best. Not just the fenomenal work. But my car is over 4 years old.But when I picked it up. I was speechless. They have cleaned and polished it in a way that it's looks like brand new. I can't be any happier. 👌👍🥰

After being rear-ended my insurance company sent me to them, not having any bodywork done in the city before I had no preference. They made this experience very easy for myself and I am very pleased with the work that they did. They kept me up to date on the progress of the work and even finished the work a day before they quoted which was an added bonus. Thank you

Unfortunately, our insurer recommended that we take our vehicle to Simplicity after a recent collision. Nearly 4 weeks, near zero communication on the repair process and still no vehicle. Do yourself a favour and take your vehicle to a larger more reputable shop.

At first drop off the team was incredibly helpful although short staffed but kind and courteous, expected repair time was given of 5 days it then took over 2 weeks to have the vehicle completed and returned. During that time not much information was given and the receptionist Latoya was quite rude and rushed over the phone when calling to ask for any updates on my vehicle, I felt as if by calling I was somewhat interrupting her day even though I had been given little to no information as to why my vehicle wasn’t completed or done. The work they did was amazing and I am very satisfied with the mechanics and every one else that helped get my car back together after having the accident. 2 stars removed due to the expected time to complete went well passed 5 days and due to the lack of information and customer care I received from reception.Edit: they also removed the snow brush from my vehicle and did not put back… so make sure to remove everything from the vehicle if you don’t want things missing upon return.

Brought in my car to this location to get my car fixed after an accident and the staff members here were amazing! It was clear that it was my first accident and I had no idea what was going on but Patty and Mark were patient, reassuring, and answered all my questions. Definitely would pick this location for any repairs in the future (but let's hope I won't need any!) Thank you!

I was directed here from my insurance company to get my car repaired after a hit and run. I am SOOO grateful for their compassion and helping me through the whole process. Everyone who works here is just so lovely and they actually care. I couldn't have asked for a better experience after such a stressful time. I was lucky enough to get my car fixed at this collision centre after my accident. The customer service from start to finish is incredible. Dealing with car repairs after a collisions can be very stressful but they put my mind at ease the whole time with constant email updates and phone calls to keep me in the loop. I had the pleasure to be served by Mark and Patty. I would definitely recommend this location.

Walking into Simplicity was like walking into close family and friends. I was so comfortable with every step we had to take with fixing my car after a collision. Once my car was fixed and I got it back someone scraped down my brand new doors, when I phone simplicity, they were as upset for me as I was, they then proceeded to buff out the new damage. Couldn't believe when it came out and the new scratch was gone! They explained everything in detail to me and fixed it in a timely measure. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone I know or even don't know. Amazing people, don't think twice about using there services! Thanks Simplicity for your great service. Stacy

Hello.I had my vehicle done at the location in Sherwood Ford a couple weeks ago.Although I was less then happy/satisfied with Enterprise Rental company that your company set us up with, Norm at the ShPk location is amazing. He goes above and beyond for his customers! I felt like he truly cared about my vehicle. He ordered the parts ahead of bringing in my vehicle so that it was gone for the shortest amount of time possible, which was truly appreciated. The vehicle was even done before he thought it would be because of his efficiency in pre-ordering.As long as Norm stays in charge of that location, I would hands down absolutely recommend that location to friends & family

I would rate 10 stars if I could! Dale, Donna, Mark, and the team at ECD are nothing short of fantastic. They were upfront and transparent throughout the whole process. My 1 year old civic had a dented front fender and Mark explained everything that they were going to do to fix it along with a complete cost and time breakdown. Dale is EXTREMELY particular and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that my car was returned to me in perfect condition. The interior and exterior were also detailed and looked as though I bought it new that day! They handled everything beautifully. The whole process was an absolute dream. Customer service and quality of work are top shelf! I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for auto body repairs. I recommend them to everyone!
