Toronto, Ontario — August 18, 2017 — These are very exciting times for the staff and management at Simplicity Car Care. The new network was launched recently and has already signed up its first franchisees.
The core shops that started the network until recently operated as Prochilo Brothers Auto Collision. Prochilo Brothers operated three collision repair facilities in Toronto, Ontario. The existing stores will soon be rebranded as Simplicity Car Care facilities.

“Our overall goal is to make car care simple and affordable for every vehicle owner in the world, but we also wanted to help franchisees achieve their greatest potential while enhancing their quality of life,” said Domenic Ieraci of Simplicity Car Care in a recent interview with Collision Repair magazine. “As a network, we also want to help insurers by providing simplified solutions for the auto claims ecosystem, and give our mutual customers a simplified, convenient and affordable experience.”

Ieraci noted that Simplicity Car Care offers a complete car care solution.

“Collision is a core competency of what we do, but we also provide complementary services, such as mechanical, glass, detailing and tires,” he said. “We service the entire life cycle. Quite simply, we wanted to make it more convenient for Canadians to go to one place, as opposed to going to three or four different service providers.”

The new network is the result of a solid year of planning. Much of the groundwork for the new network had already been laid, however, as Prochilo Brothers has spent many years refining its processes for great efficiency and customer care.

“We’ve build a solid infrastructure and we have the performance model to deliver results,” said Ieraci. “We know the challenges of being an independent, and we’ve been able to create systems and processes to help manage the business that will ultimately help our franchisees achieve their greatest potential.”

Burlington Collision Centre was the first franchisee to sign up with Simplicity Car Care. The facility is located in Burlington, Ontario and owned and operated by the father and son team of Merik and Daniel Dziurda.

“It’s exciting,” said Merik. “From our first conversations with Domenic, I knew it was the right way to go. They’ve got a lot of energy and we feel like partners. This gives us the power to improve the shop’s processes and go after a larger slice of the insurance business.”

This is the first shop to join with the new network, outside of the Prochilo Brothers locations, but Ieraci says more will be announced in the next weeks.
